All our Alan Drabble School of Motoring Instructors have been undergoing internal ongoing training to ensure our high standards of teaching quality are maintained. I have, for the last 18 years ensured that I, and the instructors within the group have tried our best to ensure all pupils pass their test as safely and as soon as they are able. We have operated a money back guarantee of quality for some years as follows: If a pupil is unhappy with the tuition given on any regular learn-to-drive lesson (not assessment type lessons), they are entitled to a full refund of the cost of the lesson if the quality of the TUITION is substandard and they explain their concerns fully to the instructor within the lesson.* All our senior instructors are fully behind this initiative, as it is important that pupils have the full level of confidence in our products, and we are recommended by them to their friends because of the quality services we offer. *Terms and Conditions apply. |
