We follow a policy of offering a self-employed franchise within our group only to experienced and fully qualified instructors we have trained, in order to ensure the quality of instructors within the group remains to our high standards. Our policy is to promote a long term beneficial relationship between ADSOM, instructor and pupils, so that we do not have to use introductory offers which lead (in other driving schools) to a lower quality of tuition. Our instructors are able, due to the pricing and franchise structure, to give top quality lessons and get pupils through their test as quickly as possible. All our instructors joined us to become good instructors, and not just to achieve the dreams quoted in TV ads. Good levels of income are possible, but our group are committed to improving Road Safety, and we are demonstrating our commitment to this by our group gaining further qualifications to help give pupils the best quality tuition possible and future-proof their driving. We insist that all our instructors follow an ongoing programme of internal training to maintain and improve our standards. PUPILS’ SATISFACTION AND FUTURE ROAD SAFETY IS OUR AIM AND PRIORITY. |
