As a result of the GDPR changes, we need to clarify our privacy policy.Alan Drabble School of Motoring ADSOM) is a driving school operating in Sheffield and the North Midlands with a team of self employed franchisees.
The contract for driving lessons is between the instructor and the pupil - not ADSOM.
Our aim is to get you through your driving test as quickly as possible.
Because we value your privacy, we wish to make more transparent how we collect, retain and protect your data.
Your instructor collects the following personal data as a result of the relationship between you as a learner and them as a Franchised instructor with Alan Drabble School of Motoring:

Your data will be held securely until we dispose of it and will not be shared beyond ADSOM, who will provide online support for theory test and be available to pass messages or support if instructors are unavailable.
We collect the following personal data as a result of the relationship between us as a Franchisor (providing support and management services, goodwill and marketing support) and you as a Franchised instructor with Alan Drabble School of Motoring:

We will view but not retain your Insurance, DVSA certificates and professional indemnities annually to confirm your ability to continue teaching learners sourced through our website and advertising.
